FLSPU provides uniformed and undercover, armed and unarmed security officers, fully licenced for our different variety of work sites including residential and commercial locations.

At FLSPU our officers are highly train in different areas like access control, residential patrolling, theft prevention, surveillance, vandalism prevention, and other kind of services as stated in our proposal.
 
Qualified personnel must meet the following:
 
• Two years of experience as a Security Officer.
• Ability to provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• US Citizenship or Alien form 1-9.
• Ability to prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Fluency in English, written, reading and verbal.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism all the time.

FLSPU personnel receive training both in the  classroom and on side to assure that all personnel have the instruction to perform the work requied.
 
OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
 
Our management team fulfill many differents roles every day like resolving a conflict, leading our team, attending meetings, keep in contact with the propety managers, and they will be avalable 24 hours a day,  7 days a week  to resolve any situation or needs you may have.
 
Qualified personnel must meet the following:
 
• Two o more years of college.
• Five or more years of security officer experience .
• Leadership, oral and written communication skills.
